    Default A Lone Mushroom

    Dear Friends,

    Standing lonely on tree bark , this mushroom was seen wanting to seek attention in Nagla block of Sanjay Gandhi National Park. Hope you like it as much I enjoyed shooting it.

    EXIF : Canon 550D, Tamron 90mm VC, Tv:1/200, Av:f/13, ISO :800, Full Frame, Flash fired with plastic diffuser, PP in LR 5.7

    Nice image. Good details. Looks like a button mushroom, not sure. Did you try a vertical composition? Thanks for sharing.

    Nice find. No idea about the species. Fungi can be fascinating if one spots them often enough.
    The bright foreground bothers me a little. If you are okay with 'selective' editing in LR, you could try a graduated brightness filter from top right to bottom left. Alternatively, using the brush tool to darken or reduce exposure on the bottom left part could help. (Please note that these techniques are not acceptable to everyone, and some competitions prohibit them. On IndiaWilds, it is acceptable to use these techniques as long as they are disclosed when posting.)
