Default The eyes in the pond

As a regular practice, I was in a look out for the frogs, along the outskirts of Hubli, but probably due to the timing couldnt hear any calls, but all of a sudden I spotted several tiny creatures hopping off to the water, turn out to be some tiny frogs. After several attempts at various spots I could never spot them close to the edge of the pond, until I stumbled upon this beauty. It hardly moved and either it wasnt aware or was least bothered by my presence, though it wasnt too close, so had to rely on zoom lens for the framing

Nice spotting. Wish it was turned towards you, that would have enhanced the composition further. A slight negative exposure would have been good. Thanks for sharing.

Nice one. I like how clean the image is. Might look good in black & white or sepia. This is a Euphlyctis sp.

Nice composition. The white balance looks odd. I agree that if the frog was facing us, then the image would have had more impact. Thanks for sharing.

    Cheers,
