    Default Greater flamingo

There were a flock of around 100. I had to wait for sometime for any one of them to come out for a portrait image. Finally two came out and I had to manage to set my frame in such a way that I can only one in the frame. It would have better if both of them were moving in the same direction, but the other one stopped for a while and had taken a different path. Taken in Modhvi beach, Kutch.

I liked the composition. What time was this photographed? It seems the light was a bit harsh. You have used a -ve EC, but I think there are still some highlights on the head and neck area. You can try to recover them in post processing. Did you try using a slight narrower aperture like f6.3? Thanks for sharing.

Nice image. A bit lower angle would have been even better. The whites easily gets burnt. Last year while filming Jewels of Thane Creek, I got my best results very early in the morning when the light was soft. Even 8 am winter light was harsh.
