    Default Green Bee-eater

After a long time I able to shot a frame of a bird. This fellow allows me really close- approx 10 feet or so.

    EXIF Info:

    Camera: Nikon D7000
    Lens: Nikon 55-200mm
    Aperture: F/11
    ISO: 500
    Shutter Speed: 1/400
    Edited and cropped.

    Thanks for viewing.

This is a very interesting frame. I love the way the tree trunks are arranged. The cable is undesirable, but we can't always have our way. Any images with more eye contact with the bird? I would try to tone down the colours a little.

I agree about the string. They visit the same perch again and again. So if you note their behaviour and make yourself comfortably hidden, then you can get close shots. Thanks for sharing.
