Barasingha
Hard Ground Barasinghas have made a comeback in a big way in Kanha.I saw numerous small sized herds all over the Kanha landscapeThey number between 500-600 now. Nikon D750+200-500 ISO 320 1/250s F7.1 FL 200mm.

Nice that Hardground Barasingha has been doing well in Kanha after release from enclosure. But I am yet to see an image of a sturdily built, dark brown stag with rugged antlers (post reintroduction)! Nice alert pose.Thanks for sharing. SaktiWild
