    Default The fluffy beauty

    ID: Puss moth caterpillar

A close up shot of the Puss moth caterpillar is one of its defensive posture. The whole front seems like a contrasting situation, while the overall body is very fluffy and has a very soothing colour and texture, the top horn s and the facial area is stark opposite with the dried brown colour and spiny club type protrusions.

Agree the mouth and especially the club type protrusions are very peculiar. I feel moving the camera just a bit to the left would have helped to avoid the hint of dark corner on the right bottom. Good details. Thanks for sharing.

This looks a bit soft. Is it cropped? I think a vertical would have been better here because the space at the right and especially the dark bottom right corner doesn't add any value. Thanks for sharing.

    Cheers,
