    Default Kalij Pheasant

The Kalij Pheasant (Lophura leucomelanos) is a pheasant found in the forests and thickets, especially in the Himalayan foothills. They were plenty in numbers (more than 7 to 8) when we sighted in the field.

Wonderful. Were you find a hide, how did you manage such a close shot of such a shy bird . Thanks for sharing.

Liked the colours and the raised foot pose. Nice you could get this one in the open. Nicely captured. Is this a crop? Thanks for sharing.

Nice to see this. The image looks a bit soft. Is this a large crop? Thanks for sharing.
