    Sharing one more image of the Black Panther. Canon EOS 1DX MarkII, EF 400mm f2.8 L IS USM lens , ISO 1600, f8, 1/125 sec shutter speed, full frame shot.

    Great to see a black panther.Nice and sharp image (One cannot expect anything less from Sabyaji!)....

    IT seems BPs are sighted quite often in Kabini.But I dont know if they are sighted in Bandipur.But we were unlucky in not sighting a BP when we visited Kabini earlier.

    The huge tree in the background is reminiscent of those found in the exotic forests of the amazonian basin. The portion of the Kabini forest, where the black panther is frequently found gives a visual impression of the impenetrable forests of amazon.This vertical composition captures that feeling.Thanks for sharing.
