ID: Halictidae on Konkan pinda?

Came across this beauty perched on the magnificent Konkan pinda flower, feeding on the nectar while some tiny ants seemed to be roaming around the flower looking around for something fruitful

Nice details on the bee. Was it possible to move a bit more towards the left? That would have helped to avoid the out of focus flower in the front bottom part. Thanks for sharing.
