    Default Lurking Leopard.....Outskirts of Sariska!

This is the image I got just before the Leopard came out of that thicket and started feeding on the domestic kill!...I was nervous and initially didn't care to change to the correct settings!..The pic was severely under-exposed and recovered this much.I feel this would have made a good photograph only if I was less nervous!

It happens, in my first leopard sighting I clicked with my new 50D camera and forgot that I had not put any memory card . Only after waiting for more than an hour when the leopard came back, I got a shot . Agree a higher ISO and some light(torch or headlight) would have helped. Thanks for sharing.

Mrudulji the headlights were fully on and it was not my first shot of a Leopard!......It took a few moments for me to realise that the pics were getting under-exposed.Then I pushed the buttons and got some pics. But by that time the Leopard had come to the open and I missed the chance to take a good pic of it lurking from inside the thicket.

Hope you will have better chance for the next time to shot the Leopard!
