You described the situation of the picture so well that imagination worked in the perfect direction of the picture. Great work
You have used f20 and ISO 5000. You could have reduced the ISO so that the noise levels would have been down. Looks like you were using auto ISO setting. F20 means the lens opening would be very very narrow. So very less light would pass and fall on the sensor. So the camera automatically increased the ISO to 5000 to ensure that you get sufficient light for the image.
