Default A Rose Ringed Parkeet...180 Degree Head Turn!

I was surprised to see this bird turning its head so much! Also never noticed this while clicking because a Plum Headed Parakeet was nearby and already my attention was towards it!But this photo turned out to be better than the Plum headed one's!.....Jhalana Forest,Jaipur

I had observed this behavior while photographing some parakeets in Bharatpur. A more proportional crop (vertical) would enhance the composition further. Thanks for sharing.

The photo is a bit dark. When you underexpose and crop a lot you will get a lot of noise. These fellows will return to the same perch/nest after sometime. So waiting often helps in getting a close up. Their head turns are often amusing. Thanks for sharing.
