Default White Browed Fantail,Jhalana Forest Jaipur!

I needed to do some research (Read Search!) to find the real ID of this bird!A sort of smaller bird and one may always require a long lens to get it at close quarters. One can easily confuse this with the other types of Wagtails.

    Canon 80D,Canon 100-400 IS II USM,f5.6,1/800,ISO 640(auto)

Cute bird. Nice perch. Slight more space at the top would be nice. Thanks for sharing.

Another bird difficult to photograph as one has to get the balance of exposure between the black and white exactly right.Though the whites of the brow looks a trifle over blown you have managed to capture good details. Thanks for sharing.

If you manage to sit near a quiet forest stream for sometime you are more likely to get this one close to you, sufficient to get full frame shots with your lens. These days we have limited time. So we prefer to wander around (read drive around) in search of photo opportunities. Just let go. Sit and relax in a quiet place and you will be amazed to discover some birds and even animals.

Many years ago, in Masinagudi we were just sitting near a stream. Mrudul had her feet hanging and close to touching the water. Suddenly from the other side of the stream a herd of spotted deer appeared straight infront of us to drink water. We were silent. I tried to hide behind my camera and lens. We just remained still. So the deer didn't get alarmed but the lead one was slowly half raising its tail and brining it down. They stood there uncertain for about 8-10 mins. Mrudul made slight movement as she was kind of sliding down as she was not comfortably sitting. Then the deer went away giving an alarm call. This showed how effective it can be if you remain still.
