ID: Weaver ants, inside the new nest

An inside view of the incredibly unique creations of the tiny architects, I attempted to capture the inside view of the under construction nest, from the top opening. It seemed the fresh nest wasnt too crowded though the inner ants seemed a bit concerned with the presence of me next to it and could spot a few ants, probably the soldiers, heading out to attack me, can spot one just getting out in the top left corner(almost next to the mid point)

Great to see a peak of the inside of ant's nest. Is it made in a leaf? Good details on the ant. Maybe if possible you could have moved the camera just a bit more to the right to avoid the bright corner at the top left. It means more of the out of focus dark area on the bottom right corner, but I think that would only help to focus the eye in the middle on the ants. Thanks for sharing.
