ID: Lynx spider with horned treehopper catch
An interesting encounter along the trail, while we came across a huge number of treehoppers along the trail, this particular Lynx seemed to have nixed off one of the thorny beauty, probably one that tried to just jumped off. The lynx seemed to be perched in its typical posture while catching the prized prey, just hanging onto it hind legs, upside down.
