Busy feeding in
ID: Katydid, feeding on the jelly-fied stigma
A trail that seemed to be filled with these beauties, of various sizes, this one, like most others, seemed to be feeding on the flower, interestingly it dug into the flower and brought out hte jelly like content off the stigma of the flower and kept consuming it.

Its really interesting to see how it is feeding on the jelly (is it nectar??). What are the two lines below the jelly? Thanks for sharing.
