    Default The urban scholar

One of the most common flowering tree along the Ghodbuner road, atleast in our area, this beautiful Scholar tree(Satveen/Alstonia scholaris) with its fragrant bloom, mostly blooming during the month of mid September to early October, brings in a completely unique ambience especially in the night with the wild smell of the mass bloom spreading all around due to the mild breeze, or especially along GB road, due to the ongoing heavy traffic.
Here is one such frame(a composite), with the mild morning traffic bringing in some drama to the scenery

    EXIF
    Canon 80D
    Canon 18-135 IS
F/18(11, setting for capturing the flower)
    Shutterspeed 10 sec(1/5 sec)
    ISO 100(250)
Tripod mounted(on a stool, as the flowers were over 6 feet off the footpath), external flash fired
