ID: Orb weaver spider
A close up shot of the marvelous orb weaver, which surprisingly had blended well into the area, very similar to its body colour. This particular patch had some leaves that had dried off, matching the dried texture of the spider, and with all the body in compressed position, it camouflaged well, possibly, either to catch its unsuspecting prey or to stay away form the predator. The beautiful eyes popped out very well, when observed from a close distance, contrasting from the thorny legs of the spider
