    Default Another flyby of cranes

The sight of them flying so gracefully is something I won't forget.

In this image the underparts are in better light. The image nicely documents their flight pose with the head and neck straight forward and their feet and legs straight behind, which helps them to cover their tough migratory route. The high shutter speed has helped to freeze the motion. Thanks for sharing.

Kind of symmetrical pose. Did you get the full flock flying? The sky is generally brighter than the birds. so one needs to expose more ie. give a positive exposure compensation than the camera meter readings. Thanks for sharing.

    Cheers,
