I was trying for an environmental portrait of this Egyptian Vulture Neophron percnopterus. I briefly thought of including space at the bottom but that meant less space at the top.

A paper in Nature journal describes that the Egyptian vultures engage in Coprophagy (eating faeces) of ungulate faeces. It says that the brightly ornamental head is coloured yellow by carotenoid pigments, and its practice of feeding on faeces.
