    Default Jhalana leopard

Sorry friends for being away for a long period, posting a image of leopard which was shot in jhalana leopard safari Jaipur.

Sighting of leopard is very common in Jhalana Jungle adjoining to Jaipur city. used Canon 7D II and Sigma 120-300 S lens, Not able to retrieve EXIF info (Sorry)

Was waiting for the sight near the area called BADA after hearing a call from far off place. suddenly he appeared and gave us enough opportunity to photograph.

Welcome back . Happy New Year.

The leopard seems to approach very cautiously. Were there lot of people around? Was it on a bund wall? How long were you in Jhalana? Thanks for sharing.

Hi Mrudul, Happy new year, Thanks. There were around 3-4 gypsies waiting for him, He is climbing on a water hole boundary wall within the jungle.

Shankar, Sighting chances are very high in Jhalana, I had sighting during 50% of my safaris, Lot depends on your luck too.
