    Default The Cute Cub

This was shot in the Morning Safari and this was our last safari of the trip, we went inside the buffer zone and we saw pug marks of male tiger and followed the pug marks but we did't spot any tiger, our guide said its waste of time to wait for this male tiger because it was very shy and it wont come out then we decided to go where choti madhu kept her cubs, we were going.....
from the opposite side other gypsy came and told they saw 3 cubs playing in the bush and after hearing gypsy sound they went inside, after hearing this our guide told its very difficult now to see the cubs as they moved inside the bush and since no mother around they wont come out,but we took a chance and started moving to that place and forest roads were curvy at one place as we took turn some thing crossed and driver told tiger ... tiger..... and we stopped, this cute cub crossed the road stood for few seconds and went inside the bush.

I took few record shots and it went inside the bush. we waited for other cubs to cross but they didn't come out.

It is always nice to see a tiger cub. Cute fellow. They are curious and want to explore their surroundings. Its natural instinct as well as mothers teaching says hide when unknown creatures are around. A narrow aperture would have been nice however you were already at ISO 1600. Thanks for sharing.

    Cheers,

It is rare to sight cubs you were lucky . Loved the frame, showing the natural inquisitive behavior of this cub as it slowly peered out of the bush to see what it is. Thanks for sharing.
