ID: Treehopper nymphs amongst ant(specific id of both appreciated), along with some tiny speck of insects
Spotted the big, pale green beauty at the edge of the stem, when went closer to frame it realized there was a whole ecosystem of the treehoppers, with several others in different stages of the life cycle along with some tiny speck of insects that seemed to be attached to the stem. The whole area seemed to be guarded/maintained by the massive ants(compared to the treehoppers) , which kept on traversing the whole stem of the plant on which the symbiosis existed. Would love to know if the pale green one has freshly molted (leading to the different colour) and is it a matured one resulting in the massive size?
