Default Sensing the Kiss of The Sun

I had an encounter of the Vulnerable bird - Eastern Imperial Eagle in the open scrub jungle of Little Rann of Kutch in late December, 2019. It gave me only 10 seconds to click , after spotting in a camouflage habitat.
But my luck got favour in the Teesta Barrage, Gajoldoba (Feb, 2020) where I spotted it on the river island, waiting for prey (at early morning birding session). I managed to get many clicks from the boat, for 20 minutes.

What a majestic bird. The catchlight in the eye looks great. I loved the low angle in this frame. Would love to see another profile photograph . Thanks for sharing.
