    This raptor is migrated from the middle-latitude band of predominantly temperate climates, but also in Mediterranean, and boreal zones. The Rann is one of winter grounds for this raptor. Image is 40% cropped.

    LRK is a nice place to see these lovely raptors. However, even with long lenses at times they remain far. The eye contact in the image is interesting. You may need to relook at the postprocessing. The subject layer looks like a cardboard cut out in places. Some of the feathers have also got blurred. For editorial applications of reputed publications heavily postprocessed images are not accepted. Thanks for sharing.
