    Default Marsh crocodile

    This is from my archives.

ISO 400, Canon EF 400mm f2.8 L IS USM lens plus 2xII TC so 800mm focal length, f8, 1/640. cropped to 16:9 ratio. I had used a tripod. Only minor levels correction, no blurring of any foreground or background. I had used a polariser to cut the reflection from the water. The reason to write all this is to tell that if you know the look that you want then you can shoot accordingly.

    Cheers,

Nice to see it basking in the open. The sharp canines can surely cause much harm. Good details. The low angle adds to the composition. Thanks for sharing.

A powerful predator at rest .The deadly dentures and curled body are an ominous indication of its power . Very natural colors, sharp details ,and the low angle is highly effective . Beautiful frame .Thanks for sharing
