    Nice picture with clear details, Abhirup. Bee-eaters tend to have favorite perches and come back to the same perch regularly. Thanks for sharing.

    It would have been great if light had fallen on the eyes. These tiny birds have some very nice colours. From a distance the shades don't often come out well. In right lighting conditions and close approach the colours come out well. A few years ago, had followed these beauties in a place near ranganathittu. These birds come catch a bee or insect and come back to the same perch. The way they squeeze out the toxins is interesting. Thanks for sharing.

    Very beautiful frame .You managed to capture two of these skittish birds in the same frame .They are always on the move dart.ing back and forth catching insects .Thanks for sharing .
