The b/w composition has enhances the patterns created by its feathers, generally they are not that prominent in colour. Also I liked the effect created by the swaying leaves in the background. Nice capture. Thanks for sharing.

The details look good. Black and white shows up things which we tend to miss in the colour version. I only wish for a sliver of Sunlight on the head as that would have been awesome. Thanks for sharing.
