Photographed in Mangalajodi. It was very close from the boat, should have zoomed out a bit more for some space at the bottom to include the tail feathers in full.

Canon 80D, Canon 100-400 mm lens, 1/1600, ISO 2000, f8, hand held, full frame.

The feathers on the back appear nicely arranged as if done by an artist. The depth of field is nice. The background at a distance appears nicely out of focus. Couldn't go there again due to lockdown. Will visit in the winter. Thanks for sharing.

The shy head turn against an interesting out of focus back ground of water weeds makes for a pretty image .Thanks for sharing
