    Default Tusker and dust

    This one was really tricky to process.
    In colour , it looks quite cluttered.In complete b/w, the mood is lost. I generally play with contrast to perk up the b/w images , but it did not work well with this image. may be because the subject is so merging with the background.
    what I have done is about 90 % desaturation . Still not completely happy with the image though.

    Vikram,
    This is a nice scene. I think higher contrast would definitely work. I downloaded and played around with the image a bit, but one can hardly do anything with the small sized image.

    Vikram,
    I like this image so revisited again. I am thinking if there would be more space infront of the elephant, then it would look even better.

    I dont know why Vikram isnt happy with this image... to me this looks so real.. captures the mood perfectly...
    The cloud of dust seems just right to me. Though I can imagine that this pic would look cluttered in color...
