    Nice sighting of them basking in the sun. Looks like the light was from the left, so the face are in shade, but nice eye contact from both. Good you could include the tail in full on the right side. Liked the tiny violet flowers at the top . Thanks for sharing.

    Sun bathing. In Bhitarkanika when I was walking suddenly 5-6 of them ran in all directions. They love to do bask in the sunlight. Earlier they were common around my house. But people are becoming intolerant and killing them.

    The tiny violet coloured flowers are of touch me not. According to Shri M. Krishnan, Elephants love to eat them.
