Trying to blend into the Blue sky

For the very first post of the year, decided to frame the beautiful Gokarna flower, basking in the cold, cloud marred morning. The morning bloom against the sun, hidden behind the fluffy clouds, with some enhancement from the fill in light, brought in a unique feel to the urbanscape

The flower has come out well. As if the flower is radiating its beauty and fragrance to all the residents of the harsh concrete jungle outside. Perhaps it is saying "Look you too can have me, if you spend a few minutes and devote some space for my life." Overall I like this image. Thanks for sharing.

Gokarn can grow very fast. It is beautiful and have lot of medicinal properties too. Agree with Sabysachi, the buildings in the background show the reality of how we are losing our tree cover fast. Nice capture. Thanks for sharing.
