    Default Red-headed Vulture......Jim Corbett!

    This Vulture was sitting on this branch and doing aerial survey of the surroundings.Listed as Criticaaly Endangered in the IUCN Red list,we were fortunate to have spotted this bird!

    Canon 80D,Canon 100-400 IS II SUM,f6.3,1/6400,ISO 1600 at 400 mm

    This is Red Headed Vulture and not as mentioned.....this is also Critically Endangered.

    Wow loved the stare. Rare sighting. Liked the way it is extending the wing on the left. Hope they are doing well in Corbett, and their numbers increase. Thanks for sharing.

    Nice sighting. The whites have become over exposed. It is generally difficult to expose both white and black feathers of the bird when the Sun is bright. Early mornings are bit better in that regard. Thanks for sharing.
