    Default The crowned prince

    ID: Indian Nawab Caterpillar

Spotted a couple of caterpillars, most of them in the earlier stage, feasting on the acacia leaves. This particular one seemed to had just molted out and could spot the earlier molt's head portion in the background. With heavy rains, the leaves were filled with water droplets and could spot most of the caterpillars were drenched or submerged in the water.

Because of the rains, the leaves seems to have been washed out of all the dust and the green colour has come out well. The molted head in the background tells a story. Thanks for sharing.

    Cheers,
