    Default Lifer's feast...

    ID: Blue spotted forester moth

While traversing the trail, spotted this particular tree, with loads of tiny flowers all over it. But while approaching closer started spotting several butterfly and moth activities, all feasting on the nectar of the tiny bloom. Though a sudden burst of downpour put some dampening on the activity, could spot this beauty, lifer for me, perched on the under side of the stem and busy feeding on the fresh nectar.

ID help appreciated for the flower/tree

Good you could get them steady, else it is difficult to photograph. It has more of yellow and orange spots than blue . Good details. Thanks for sharing.

The colours of the spots in the butterfly matches with the background creating a camouflage. Where was this photographed?
