Nice sighting. A slight -ve exposure would be nice, as the whites seem to be a bit overexposed. Good eye contact. Thanks for sharing.

Please mention the ISO, shutter speed and aperture details. How much of a crop is this? Cropping reduces the quality. A wider composition would have been even better.
