    Default Leopard with Domestic Kill

This one is from my archives.....we were approaching Tehla gate Sariska around 8pm and suddenly this scene unfolded in front of us.After sometime the Leopard dragged the carcass into th bush and went out of sight.

This was a lovely sighting. Leopards do kill cattle. Lot of cattle are let loose inside Sariska. So these kinds of kills will help reduce the pressure on wild herbivores. More cattle means more competition to feed and often the deers, sambars etc are outcompeted.

When you are clicking from a vehicle, it is important to ask the driver to switch off so that you don't get the engine vibration. Thanks for sharing.

    Cheers,
