I love this image. The reflection makes good symmetry in the image. One thing which gets me thinking is the dynamic range in the image. In other words, there are darks as well as bright highlights in the same image. So in digital cameras it is difficult to expose both ends perfectly. I think the darks in the water are exposed well. but the snow has been blown at places. Do try toning them down. I like this shot. Congrats.

Nice fog and snow. The reflection in the still water adds to the composition. Agree with Bibhav about toning down the whites a bit. When was this photographed?
