Nice composition and eye contact. f8 has helped to get the whole body in focus. Its good that you included less of the post. You got it nice in hurry. Next time, you can take all your time, so will expect something great .

The head turn is right. The composition is fine. I think there is a slight magenta cast. The Egyptian vultures were a bit scared that day. Earlier we had gone much closer to them. May be next time you can get them posing for you for a longer time.
