A Purple moor hen. Was told it is a sight to behold in flight, but simply could not get one flying (did not want to force them into taking flight either )

Rajan,
It is never interesting if the bird is moving away from you. It would be better if there is less space at the back (ie. right) than in front. I would have liked some more sharpness as well.

I like the head turn in the Photograph. The white back portions is clearly visible. TFS.
