The composition is nice. There is noise in the background and the quality has fallen due to the crop. The catchlight is nice. Thanks for sharing.
I like the eye contact. You seem to have used a colour temp. or around 6500-7500k during post processing. Lowering that would look more natural. Also, reducing the saturation a bit would strengthen the image. You may try showing more habitat to create an environmental portrait. Environmental portraits when done well has more impact. However, it is difficult to master as well. The plus point is you won't need to crop and lose quality. Thanks for sharing. Look forward to more.
