    I had a similar experience as well . . . too many leaves in my case . . .

    400D, Canon EF 100 - 400, F6.3 1/60

    Rajan,
    The butterfly is parallel to the image plane, so the depth of field is adequate. I agree that there are too many leaves, especially the bright ones on the right hand side. It would have been good if the butterfly would have occupied more real estate. Perhaps using the long end of the zoom would have helped.

    I would tend to crop a bit from the right to exclude the dark branch on the top right. Also some more brightness would make the image better.

    hi. nice catch.. but one correction.. that seems to be a common crow not a tiger. nice wing detail... a bit more sharpening would have made it even better.
