Nice compo. The colours look a little unnatural though. There also seems to be some detail loss, maybe you should take another look at your RAW file. Uploading a file larger than 200kb results in detail loss in the process of downsizing the image.
I like the composition. The greens of the leaf look unnatural. Thanks for sharing.

I agree about the colours, unless the leaf is a plastic one used for decoration indoors. Jokes apart, I am not sure why the colour is like that. The saturation is on the higher side. I would reduce the sharpening a bit.
Though the leaf is pointed into the frame, the fly is not facing into the frame. That leaves lot of negative space. I would like to see different compositions. Thanks for sharing.
