    Openbilled stork at Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary. Photographed from a boat.

    Canon EOS 1D Mark IV, Canon EF 400mm F2.8 L IS USM, EF 2xII, ISO 800, f8, 1/1000, full frame image, Gitzo tripod, Wimberly V2 head.

    Lovely. The head looks slightly angled away from you. Would have looked better if it were parallel to the sensor. Nice low angle and pose.

    Where did you shoot this from? Doesn't look like it was shot from a boat.

    Nice capture, I like the low angle.
    The reflection adds to the image , wish you could have had managed the reflection sharper.

    Nice image, liked the low low angle. Wish you could have composed the refection of the stork in full. The eye contact is nice and the open beak adds to the image, wish it had a catch

    Beautiful. Sharp and nice details. To capture such a low pose is difficult. The water falling down from the beak has created a nice effect.

    The water is flowing. So the outlines are broken. In still water, you get the best reflection, properly outlined and sharp.

    Nicely done. The film of water between the beak looks good. Wish the water were a bit clearer but you had no control over that. Thanks for sharing.
