    Nikhilesh,
    Which place is this?

It is better to refrain from nesting images, as some one with a shorter lens due to ignorance, may try to go closer and disturb the bird. This vulture is critically endangered. I hope it was not disturbed.

In UK, one can photograph nesting birds only with a licence.

    Cheers,
    Sabyasachi

I agree with Sabyasachi, people dont take proper precautions while photographing nesting birds. You have captured it nicely. Thanks for sharing.

Sabyasachi, I agree on the thoughts on photography of nesting birds and nests.

Well, for the good I had a 2X TC and this nest was on another cliff much below to where I was standing, adjoining the Raja's seat at Bandhavgarh (shot at 600mm and not very sharp, was quite far away).
So the birds were not disturbed, however spotted the nest while trying to look for the Shaheen falcon (posted earlier) which was also nesting nearby
