Amit,
This is a lovely image. Today, man has become like the Bhasmasura of Hindu Mythology - the demon whose touch used to turn things into ash. We are out to destroy nature that supports us. Most of our fresh water sources are polluted. Perennial streams are now drying up. Mining is destroying the forests and drying up the streams that feed our rivers.

It seems slowly, like Bhasmasura we our touching our head and destroying ourselves.

I think we have to pass some legislations and fix producer responsibility for take back. The plastics manufacturers should be charged to create a corpus for take back and recycling of such wastes.
