    Default Baya weaver

This baya weaver (Ploceus philippinus) was swinging in the breeze.

Canon EOS 1D Mark IV, Canon EF 400mm f2.8 L IS USM, EF 2xII, ISO 400, f8, 1/100, full frame image.

    Cheers,

Quite a difficult bird to photograph. I liked the composition and the way it is perched upside down. Sharp image. Thanks for sharing.

The exposure seems spot on. The sharpness is nice and the subject is in focus despite it being windy. The bright patch on the left is a bit overpowering. Wondering if a vertical would look better.

Would love to see more from the series. Where did you shoot this?

I didn't click a vertical in this case. To see the sharpness, I am uploading a vertical crop of the same image.
