    Hi All

    Spotted this beautiful muntjac just minutes before sighting Ram-a tiger in bandipura....

    canon 450D
    EF 70-300mm, photo at 300mm
    f/5.6
    ISO 400
    Evening at 6:20 pm

    The light seems quite low. What was the shutter speed? The habitat is nice. A higher shutter speed would have been good to freeze the action. Thanks for sharing.

    The shutter speed appears to be less. It seems flash was used. That has helped in giving some definition to the barking deer. At lower shutter speeds, it is best to rest the lens on some support. Thanks for sharing.

    which day did you sight this barking deer and Tiger Ram? I was there on 20th Aug'10 and sighted the tiger in the morning safari at 7am
