I think it is Common Jay. Due to the low shutter speed, there is a blurring motion. More space on the right than on the left would have been good. The details on the yellow flower are blown due to the highlights. You can try to recover them. Thanks for sharing.

This is a Common Jay. You perhaps used a flash along with a slow shutter speed due to which the image blurring looks this way. I agree about the highlights. Thanks for sharing.
PS: Do share the EXIF info along with the cam info as well.
