    Default Long Billed Vulture #2

Photographed this at Ramnagaram last month. From the same series I posted earlier. As the sun came out, it spread its wings to bask in the sun.

    Canon 50D, 100-400mm L IS USM, 1/400, f8, ISO 400, full frame, hand held.

    comments and critiques welcome.

Nice to see the vulture sunning itself. The image is sharp and details have come out well. One can see the vulture droppings. The depth of field is nice. It covers the wings, eye and the rock behind. Thanks for sharing.

    Cheers,

Superb capture, Mrudul! Lovely wing span and HA. The image includes the rocky surrounding well and gives a feel of their habitat. Wing span and details are highlights of this snap. TFS. Hope to see them back in action all over India.
    Regards,
    Tushar
